ProfitGoals Software was conceived of and built using 30+ years of experience in automotive retail. Rob’s career was primarily involved with performance-based process and net profit management training and he saw the need for a tool for dealerships. ProfitGoals Software acts as a road map to identify, forecast and lend understanding to what improvements will lead managers to their net profit goals. Without accountability goals would be lost and dealers can only ask for progress reports. So, Action Plans were included.  The platform supplies several areas to recognize the accomplishments of managers and this includes compensation comparison.

Rob’s accumulated knowledge and skill in developing trainers, training net profit responsibility and process improvement to achieve benchmark levels of performance lead him to the develop ProfitGoals. Rob would eventually work in over 800 dealerships nationwide. In 1993, as COO for NCM Training and Consulting (NCM 20 group’s), Rob built the in-dealership program that would help 20 group members improve their net profit results. Here’s a car guy ready to change your goals to results!

Looking back over his career, Rob realized that integrating a fundamental software tool into business practices would eliminate the need to hire expensive trainers.  ProfitGoals provides the roadmap, the accountability, and the motivation to achieve benchmark performance levels!

For the last twelve years Rob has been involved with brokering new cars dealerships.
